• BMW helicopter contract starts. Felling in units in the Leverich Canyon area started, including units that cross Leverich Canyon trail. Helicopter service landing is at the City of Bozeman’s water treatment plant.
  • Trail closure in place on #435 and #436 Leverich Canyon loop, closure will be in effect until September (possibly sooner). Closure orders and maps can be found on the Custer Gallatin National Forest website.
  • Log trucks hauling on Nash Road to South 19th Street. Work expected to continue into September of this year.
